Eco Haven Co came from my own experience adjusting to the FOGO system at home. Like everyone, we started using the council-provided liners—but I quickly noticed that not many bags were actually making it into the green bin. And the ones that did? They were often messy, smelly, or split too easily, which just made the whole process frustrating.

In our house, we already used a liner in our general waste bin to keep things clean, so it didn't make sense that the FOGO bin—arguably the messiest one—didn't have a better solution. That's where the idea started.

I wanted to create a compostable council bin liner that helped keep the bin clean and reduce the smell, while also developing a stronger, more durable caddy liner that could actually handle everyday use without breaking.

Eco Haven Co brings those two ideas together—making FOGO simpler, cleaner, and more practical for real households.
